Diane Glancy has published many books including Rooms: New and Selected Poems (Salt Publishers) and In-Between Places (University of Arizona Press) and The Dance Partner (Michigan State University Press). A new collection of poems, Asylum in the Grasslands, is forthcoming from Arizona in the spring of 2007. Glancy is a professor at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn., where she taught Native American literature and creative writing. She currently is on a four-year sabbatical/early retirement program. Glancy received a 2003 National Endowment for the Arts and the 2003 Juniper Prise from the University of Massachusetts Press for Primer of the Obsolete.
