 Courses College Credit Courses FES 3780 Analytical Approaches to Public Fire Protection — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: junior level status or above and STA 2023. This course examines design principles involved in structural fire protection and automatic suppression systems, including fire resistance and endurance, flame spread evaluation, smoke control, alarm systems, sprinkler innovations, evaluation of sprinkler system designs, and specialized suppression systems. Three contact hours.
