HSC 2641 Legal and Ethical Issues in Case Management — 3 Credit Hours

This course is designed to review case management standards of practice such as those developed by the Case Management Society of America (CMSA). The legal responsibilities of the case manager are explored. Use of case studies to examine the legal and ethical considerations case managers may experience allows students to learn how to maintain legal and ethical integrity in the face of conflict. Three contact hours.
