Descriptions of Registration Error Messages
This error is returned if the user is trying
to add a class to a student's schedule, but the class has a status
of 'Full'.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
This error is also returned when the user is
trying to add a class to a student's schedule, the class has a
status of 'Cancelled', 'Held' or 'Unavailable', and the number
of currently enrolled students has reached the maximum class size.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
This error is returned if the user is trying
to add a class to a student's schedule, but the class has a status
of 'Cancelled'.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
.
If the student has a credit appointment date and time that is
prior to the open credit registration date and time (date code
'03' of the session), then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with "Credit Appointment (priority
registration) date/time YYYYMMDD / HHIISST", where the date
and time fields are the student's current credit registration
appointment date and time.
The :2: variable is not populated.
If the student has a non-credit appointment date and time that
is prior to the open non-credit registration date and time (date
code '04' of the session), then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with "Other
Appointment date/time YYYYMMDD / HHIISST", where the date
and time fields are the student's current non-credit registration
appointment date and time.
The :2: variable is not populated.
If the user attempts to enroll a student in a class for the registration
term, but that class reference number does not belong to that
term, then this error is also returned. In this instance, the
error cannot be overridden and the registration action will stop.
The :1: variable is replaced with "Class
999999" where 999999 is the class reference number.
The :2: variable is replaced with the registration
term.
If the user is attempting to enroll a student in a credit class
for the registration term, but the credit registration period
(date code '03' of the session) has not begun yet for that term
and campus, this error will be returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with "class 999999" where
999999 is the class reference number.
The :2: variable is replaced with the class campus id.
If the user is attempting to enroll a student
in a non-credit class for the registration term, but the non-credit
registration period (date code '04' of the session) has not begun
yet for that term and campus, this error will be returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with "class 999999" where
999999 is the class reference number.
The :2: variable is replaced with the class campus id.
If a student only has a non-credit application, then this error
will always be returned when the student attempts to register
for any class.
If the student last attended more than one year
ago, and is not currently enrolled in any classes, and the student
does not have a current (less than one year old) credit or vocational
application (using the application term or readmit term), then
this error will also be returned when the student attempts to
register for any class.
If the student attempts to register for a class that has placement
areas attached to the associated course dictionary record for
that class, then the registration process checks to see if the
student has satisfied those placement areas. If the student test
demographics record indicates that the student has an 'Unspecified'
status for a required placement area, then this error will be
returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with either 'English', 'Math' or
'Reading', depending on the placement area(s) that are required
but are determined to be unspecified for the student.
If the student attempts to register for a class requiring other
pre-requisite classes, then the registration process will determine
if the student has satisfied this requirement. At least one of
the groups of pre-requisite classes must be satisfied, by checking
the student's academic history and the student's test demographic
record, for courses that are satisfied for pre-requisite purposes.
If none of the pre-requisite groups have been satisfied, this
error is returned. If there is more than one course in the last
group of pre-requisite courses, then this error may be returned
more than once for the same class being registered for.
The :1: variable is replaced with class reference number being
registered for.
The :2: variable is replaced with the unsatisfied pre-requisite
course id.
The :3: variable is replaced with either 'Pre', 'Pre/Co' or 'Co',
depending whether this course is a pre-requisite, co-requisite
or both for the class being registered for.

When a user attempts to add, modify or reinstate a class for a
student, a check is done to determine if the student is eligible
to enroll in the credit type of the course for that class. If
the student is not eligible, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the credit type and description.
If the class has a credit type of '01', '02' or '03', then the
student must have a college credit application.
If the class has a credit type of '04' or '12', then the student
must have a college credit application, a non-credit application,
a vocational application or a high-school application.
If the class has a credit type of '05', then the student must
have a college credit application, a vocational application or
a high-school application.
If the class has a credit type of '06', '09' or '11', then the
student must have a college credit application, a non-credit application
or a vocational application.
If the class has a credit type of '07' or '10', then the student
must have a non-credit application or a vocational application.
If the class has a credit type of '08', then the student must
have a vocational application or a high-school application.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or reinstate a class
for a student, with the 'X' registration option (indicating that
the student wishes to audit the class), the registration process
checks to see if the class may be audited. This is determined
from the course grading method attached to the class, to see if
the 'X' grade is a valid grade for this class.
If the class can't be audited, then this error is returned.
This error only occurs during the student self-registration process.
If the student is attempting to enroll in a class for the registration
term, the registration process checks to see if the current date
is within the add/drop period for the registration term. This
is defined as between date code '03' of the term/session, and
date code '05' of the term/session for the campus. If the current
date is outside this range, then this error will be returned.
The student can't override this error, like all errors from the
self-registration process.
If the student is attempting to register prior to either the credit
registration appointment date/time or non-credit registration
appointment date/time given to the student, then this error is
returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the credit/non-credit registration
appointment date.
If the student is attempting to withdraw from a class after the
last withdraw date for the term/session, then this error will
be returned. The last withdraw date for the term/session is determined
from the date code '02' attached to the session date information.
If the student is modifying or reinstating a class with the registration
option of 'X' (toggle audit), and the student was already auditing
this class, this means that the student wishes to change from
auditing this class to a normal enrollment. For this action, if
the current date is after the date defined by date code '08' for
the term/session, then this error is returned.
If the student is adding, modifying or reinstating a class with
the registration option of 'X' (toggle audit), and the student
was not already auditing this class, this means that the student
wishes to change to auditing this class. For this action, if the
current date is after the date defined by date code '07' for the
term/session, then this error is returned.
Call Lori Collins at 904.632.5112. If the payment due date schedule
information has not yet been defined to the system for session
1 (main session) of the registration term, and a student does
any registration action, then this error will be returned.
If the user is attempting to enroll a student in a class for the
registration term, but the registration period (i.e. drop/add
period) (date code '05' of the session) has passed for that term
and campus, this error will be returned.
If the user is attempting to drop a student from a class after
the 100% refund date (date code '01' for the term/session), this
error will be returned. In most 'online' cases, this drop action
would have automatically changed to a withdraw action, so this
message would not be returned. This error is also not determined
for a drop for cancelled class, drop for non-payment, and drop
with refund actions.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or reinstate a student
in a class with a writing option, this error will be returned
if the maximum number of writing students has already been reached
for that class. The error will not be displayed if the maximum
number of writing students allowed for the class is zero.
The :1: variable is replaced with 'writing'.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or
reinstate a student in a class with an honors option, this error
will be returned if the maximum number of honors students has
already been reached for that class. The error will not be displayed
if the maximum number of honors students allowed for the class
is zero.
The :1: variable is replaced with 'honors'.
If the user is attempting to reinstate a student in a class, but
the student was not previously withdrawn from the class, this
error will be returned.
If the user is attempting to withdraw a student from a class,
but the student has a valid (non-blank, non-audit and non-withdrawn)
grade in that class, then this error will be returned.
Call Lori Collins at 904.632.5112. If the user is attempting to
enroll a student in a class for the registration term, but the
last day to register (end of drop/add period) (date code '05'
of the session) does not exist for that term and campus, this
error will be returned.
Call Lori Collins at 904.632.5112. If the user is attempting to
enroll a student in a credit class for the registration term,
but the begin credit registration date (date code '03' of the
session) does not exist for that term and campus, this error will
be returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the user is attempting to enroll a student
in a non-credit class for the registration term, but the begin
non-credit registration date (date code '04' of the session) does
not exist for that term and campus, this error will be returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or reinstate a student
in a class with an honors option, but the class does not allow
the honors option, then this error will be returned. The class
allows the honors option if the special designator 'H3' is attached
to the class.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
This error is returned if the user is trying to add a class to
a student's schedule, but the class has a status of 'Held'.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the student attempts to register for a class requiring other
co-requisite classes, then the registration process will determine
if the student has satisfied this requirement. At least one of
the groups of co-requisite classes must be satisfied, by checking
the student's current enrollment. If none of the co-requisite
groups have been satisfied, this error is returned. If there is
more than one course in the last group of co-requisite courses,
then this error may be returned more than once for the same class
being registered for.
The :1: variable is replaced with class reference number being
registered for.
The :2: variable is replaced with the unsatisfied co-requisite
course id.
If the total credit hours the student has enrolled, or is attempting
to enroll, exceeds the maximum credits hours on the student's
latest advisement record for the registration term, then this
error will be returned.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the number of credits the
student has enrolled in, or is attempting to enroll in.
The :2: variable will be replaced with the maximum number of credits
allowed for this student and term, as indicated by the student's
advisement record.
If the total credit hours the student has enrolled,
or is attempting to enroll, in a specific session exceeds the
maximum credits hours on the student's latest advisement record
for the registration term and session, then this error will be
returned.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the number of credits the
student has enrolled in, or is attempting to enroll in, for that
specific session.
The :2: variable will be replaced with "for sess XXXX of
99", where XXXX is the session code and 99 is the maximum
number of credits allowed for this student and term/session, as
indicated by the student's advisement record.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or reinstate a student
in a class that requires special permission, then this error will
be returned. The class requires special permission if the special
designator 'P1' is attached to the class.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or reinstate a student
in a class that requires instructor permission, then this error
will be returned. The class requires instructor permission if
the associated course dictionary record indicates that it is required,
however this field INSTR-PRMSN does not seem to be set or displayed
anywhere.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
1
If the user is attempting to enroll a student in a class for the
registration term, but the last day for grade rolls (date code
'12' of the session) has passed for that term and campus, this
error will be returned.
If the user attempts to register a student in a class for the
registration term, and the student has a 'Student Visa' (i.e.
immigration status equals 'F' which means a student on an F-1
visa), then the student must be enrolled (or attempting to enroll)
for at least 12 credit hours of classes. If the student's credit
hour total for the term is below this level, then this error will
be returned.
If the user attempts to register a student in a class for the
registration term, and the student has a 'Tourist Visa' (i.e.
immigration status equals 'B' which means a student on a B-1 or
B-2 visa), then the student must be enrolled (or attempting to
enroll) for less than 12 credit hours of classes. If the student's
credit hour total for the term is equal or above this level, then
this error will be returned.
If the user attempts to register a student in a class for the
registration term, and the student is an athlete (i.e. student
special designator equals 'AT'), then the student must be enrolled
(or attempting to enroll) for at least 12 credit hours of classes.
If the student's credit hour total for the term is below this
level, then this error will be returned.
If the student attempts to register for a class requiring placement
in the English area (i.e. 'ENG' appears on the associated course
dictionary record), and there is no 'selected' subtest for this
area, then this error will be returned. Although there is still
coding for returning this error, there does not seem to be coding
that checks for the 'selected' subtest records. This error may
be obsolete, as it may have been replaced by the introduction
of the student test demographic file, so we no longer read the
student test and subtest files.
If the student attempts to register for a class requiring placement
in the Mathematics area (i.e. 'MAT' appears on the associated
course dictionary record), and there is no 'selected' subtest
for this area, then this error will be returned. Although there
is still coding for returning this error, there does not seem
to be coding that checks for the 'selected' subtest records. This
error may be obsolete, as it may have been replaced by the introduction
of the student test demographic file, so we no longer read the
student test and subtest files.
If the student attempts to register for a class requiring placement
in the Reading area (i.e. 'REA' appears on the associated course
dictionary record), and there is no 'selected' subtest for this
area, then this error will be returned. Although there is still
coding for returning this error, there does not seem to be coding
that checks for the 'selected' subtest records. This error may
be obsolete, as it may have been replaced by the introduction
of the student test demographic file, so we no longer read the
student test and subtest files.
If the user attempts to register the student in a class for the
registration term, but the student is suspended during that term,
then this error will be returned. For this process, a student
is suspended during a term if the first character of the academic
status code (for credit) is equal to 'S'.
If the user attempts to register the student in a class that is
already on the student's schedule, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the user attempts to register the student in a credit class,
and the current date and time is prior to the student's credit
appointment date and time, then this error is returned.
If the user attempts to register the student in a non-credit class,
and the current date and time is prior to the student's non-credit
appointment date and time, then this error is returned.
If the student is attempting to register prior to both the credit
registration appointment date/time and the non-credit registration
appointment date/time given to the student, then this error is
returned.
If the user is attempting to enroll a student in a class for the
registration term, and the student does not have a registration
appointment date (either credit or non-credit; depending on the
class type), but the open registration period (date code '23'
of the session) has not yet begun for that term and campus, this
error will be returned.
If the student is dropping or withdrawing from a class that is
a co-requisite of another class still on the student's schedule,
then this error will be returned.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the co-requisite class
reference number.
The :2: variable will be replaced with the reference number of
the class being dropped/withdrawn.
If the user is attempting to register the student in a class,
but the student has already passed the course (with a passing
grade) at least the number of times that the course may be taken
for credit (as indicated on the course dictionary record), then
this error will be returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the current course id.
This error only occurs during the student self-registration process.
If the student is attempting to drop a class for the registration
term, this error will be returned if the student is not currently
enrolled in that class. The student can't override this error,
like all errors from the self-registration process.
If the student is attempting to withdraw from a class (or drop
the class after the 100% refund date), and the student has not
yet paid for that class, then this error will be returned.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the class reference number.
This error only occurs during the student self-registration process.
If the student wishes to view the open sections for a specified
course, but there are no open sections available, then this error
will be returned. The student can't override this error, like
all errors from the self-registration process.
This error only occurs during the student self-registration process.
If the student wishes to view the open sections for a specified
course, but the course is invalid for the registration term, then
this error will be returned. The student can't override this error,
like all errors from the self-registration process.
If the student attempts to drop a class with a refund before the
100% refund date (date code '01' of the session), then this error
will be returned.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the class reference number.
If the student attempts to drop a class with a refund, but the
class has not yet been paid for, then this error will be returned.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the class reference number.
If the student attempts to register for a credit class, the registration
process checks to see if the student has previously registered
in the same course for the same term. If he has, then we determine
the number of days between the start date of the first schedule
line of the first class and the start date of the first schedule
line of the second class. If this number of days is less than
a specified site parameter value (from the REGST-DAYS parameter),
then this error will be returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number being
registered for.
The :2: variable is replaced with the course id of the class being
registered for.
If the student attempts to register for a CLAST class (as indicated
by the course special designator of 'CL'), and the associated
course dictionary record indicates that the course is for an Initial
test, then the registration process checks to see if the student
has taken any tests that match any of those from the course dictionary
record. If so, then this error is returned.
If the student attempts to register for a CLAST class (as indicated
by the course special designator of 'CL'), and the associated
course dictionary record indicates that the course is for a Retake
test, then the registration process checks to see if the student
has taken any tests that match any of those from the course dictionary
record. If no such tests were taken, then this error is returned.
If the student attempts to register for a CLAST class (as indicated
by the course special designator of 'CL'), and the associated
course dictionary record indicates that the course is for a Retake
test, then the registration process checks to see if the student
has taken any tests that match any of those from the course dictionary
record. If so, and the test/subtest combination has been Passed
(by looking at the corresponding Test Cutoff record) or Exempted
(as indicated by a non-blank Exempt Code field on the Subtest
record), then this error is returned.
If the student attempts to register for a CLAST class (as indicated
by the course special designator of 'CL'), then the registration
process checks to see if the student has taken any tests that
match any of those from the course dictionary record. If so, and
the test/subtest combination has been Exempted (as indicated by
a non-blank Exempt Code field on the Subtest record), then this
error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the Subtest description that
has already been Exempted or Passed.
If the student attempts to register for a CLAST class (as indicated
by the course special designator of 'CL'), and the associated
course dictionary record indicates that the course is for an Initial
test, then the registration process checks to see if the student
has taken any tests that match any of those from the course dictionary
record. If so, and the test/subtest combination has been Passed
(by looking at the corresponding Test Cutoff record) or Exempted
(as indicated by a non-blank Exempt Code field on the Subtest
record), then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is not replaced.
If the student's primary program is Active, but differs from the
Program Code attached to the student's Veterans Affairs (VA) record
(if any), then this error is returned.
If the student's primary program has already been graduated, then
this error is returned. This error can't be overridden.
The :1: variable is replaced with the Student ID.
If the student's primary program is Active, then the registration
process retrieves the student's Veterans Affairs (VA) record (if
any). If the user is attempting to register a student in a class,
where the associated course id does not exist within the defined
VA program demographics (areas or courses), then this error is
returned.
If the user is attempting to register an International student
(with an 'F1' visa) in a class, then the registration process
must check to ensure that the student has been ok'ed to register.
If the student has the ok-to-register flag (on the international
student record) set to 'No', then this error is returned. It is
also returned if the ok-to-register flag is set to 'O' (can't
register for credit classes), and the student is attempting to
register for a credit type '01', '02', '03' or '05' class.
The :1: variable is not replaced.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, then
the registration process must check to ensure that the student
does not require advisement before continuing. Each academic status
code (credit, vocational and high school) attached to the student's
registration term record is cross-referenced against the appropriate
Standards Of Academic Progress (SOAP) Enforcement record to see
if advisement is required. If advisement is required, and no advisement
record exists for the student in the registration term, and the
student is attempting to register for a credit type '01', '02',
'03' or '05' class, then this error is returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, then
the registration process must check to see if the student has
an advisement record for the registration term. If so, then each
of the required classes attached to that advisement record is
checked against the student's class schedule for the registration
term. If any of the required classes are not being taken, then
this error is returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, then
the registration process must check to see if the student has
an advisement record for the registration term. If so, then the
list of suggested classes (if any) are retrieved from the advisement
record. If suggested courses exist, then any other credit type
'01', '02' or '03' class on the student's class schedule for the
registration term must be listed as a suggested course. If not,
then this error is returned.
If the user attempts to register a student in a class, then the
student's enrollment code for the registration term is checked
against the ENRL-CODE generic table. If the table code's first
sub-attribute indicates that the student requires advisement,
and no advisement record exists for the student in the registration
term, then this error is returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, then
the registration process must check to see if the student has
an advisement record for the registration term with either minimum
or maximum credit hours listed. If so, then all credit classes
on the student's schedule are used to determine the number of
credit hours being attempted in the registration term. If this
number of credit hours is below the minimum credit hours (if any)
on the advisement record or above the maximum credit hours (if
any) on the advisement record, then this error is returned.

If the student attempts to register for a CLAST class (as indicated
by the course special designator of 'CL'), and the associated
course dictionary record indicates that the course is for an Initial
test, then the registration process determines the number of credit
hours the student has completed in credit type '01' and '02' courses
(non-ENS courses). If this number of credit hours is below the
minimum number of credit hours required for the CLAST course (as
indicated on the associated course dictionary record), then this
error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the minimum number of credit
hours required, which is retrieved from the CLAST course dictionary
record.
Call Lori Collins at 904.632.5112. If the user is attempting to
modify a student's credit class with a non-blank grade, and this
is at least the third attempt of this course, then the grade is
checked against the GRADE generic table. If the 8th sub-attribute
(Earn In 3rd+ Attempt) for this table code is 'N', then this error
is returned.
If the user is attempting to add, modify or reinstate a student
in a credit class, and this is at least the fourth attempt of
this course, which is indicated as non-repeatable on the course
dictionary record (times for credit = 1), then this error is returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, then
each academic status code (credit, vocational and high school)
attached to the student's registration term record is cross-referenced
against the appropriate Standards Of Academic Progress (SOAP)
Enforcement record to retrieve the list of credit types of classes
that may be registered for. If this list has entries within it,
and the credit type of the course being registered for does not
exist within this list, then this error is returned.
If the user attempts to register a student in a class, then the
student's enrollment code for the registration term is checked
against the ENRL-CODE generic table. If the student's enrollment
code does not exist on this table, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with 'Enrollment XX' where XX is
the student's term enrollment code.
This error is returned if the user is trying to add a class to
a student's schedule, but the class has a status of 'Unavailable'.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.
If the student is attempting to withdraw with a refund from a
class (or drop with refund after the 100% refund date), then this
error will be returned. It is not a true error, but simply notifies
the user that a refund will be generated for the student, to which
an override is required.
The :1: variable will be replaced with the class reference number.
If the user is attempting to withdraw a student from a class,
and this is at least the third attempt of the course since Fall
Term 1997 (retrieved from the CRS-ATTMPT site parameter table),
and this attempt count for this credit course (credit type 01,
02 or 03) is greater than the number of times it may be taken
for credit (from the course dictionary record), then this error
is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the class reference number.

If the user attempts to register a student in a class, the registration
process checks the program demographic record for the student's
term objective to see if placement is a requirement. If not, the
process described below will not be done. Enforced college-prep
courses are retrieved from the Enforced and Initiated student
placement demographic records (English, Math, and Reading). If
the student is attempting to register for a credit-prep class
(credit type = '03) and the student has attempted a number of
credit hours greater than the credit level needed before placement
is enforced, as indicated on the program demographic record, then
this error is returned if none of the enforced courses (if any
exist) are being taken in the registration term.
The :1: variable is replaced with the three enforced English,
Math and Reading courses.
If the user is attempting to drop the student from a class, the
registration process checks to see if the class being dropped
is a college-prep course (credit-type = '03') and an enforced
course. If so, and some credit classes are to remain on the schedule,
and the student's term program requires placement (as indicated
on the program demographic record), and the student is not dropping
one enforced class and adding another, then this error is returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, and
the associated course dictionary record requires placement in
ENG (English), then the registration process will check the student's
placement demographic records. This is not done for a college-prep
course. If the English demographic record is Enforced or Initiated,
then this error will be returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, and
the associated course dictionary record requires placement in
MAT (Mathematics), then the registration process will check the
student's placement demographic records. This is not done for
a college-prep course. If the Mathematics demographic record is
Enforced or Initiated, then this error will be returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, and
the associated course dictionary record requires placement in
REA (Reading), then the registration process will check the student's
placement demographic records. This is not done for a college-prep
course. If the Reading demographic record is Enforced or Initiated,
then this error will be returned.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, and
the associated course dictionary record has placement areas required,
then the registration process will check the student's placement
demographic records. This is not done for a college-prep course.
If the course being registered for equals one of the courses on
the placement demographic records for the student, and that placement
course/level has been satisfied, then this error will be returned.
If the user attempts to register a student in a class, the registration
process checks the program demographic record for the student's
term objective to see if placement is a requirement. If not, the
process described below will not be done. If the student is attempting
to register for a credit class (credit type = '01', '02' or '03)
and the student has attempted a number of credit hours between
the range of hours requiring placement (greater than the credit
level needed before placement must exist, but less than or equal
to the credit level needed before placement is enforced), as indicated
on the program demographic record, then this error is returned
if any of the student's placement areas are unspecified. The same
error is also returned if the student has attempted a number of
credits greater than the credit level before placement is enforced
or the student is attempting to register for a college-prep class,
and any of the placement areas are unspecified.
The :1: variable is replaced with any of the placement areas (ENG,
MAT or REA) that are unspecified, concatenated together.
If the user is attempting to register the student in a college-prep
class (credit-type = '03'), then the registration process checks
all college-prep courses required from the student test demographics
records. The enforced courses are those that must be taken next
in each of the student test demographic record's (English, Math
and Reading) active (or forced) chain, if the placement area has
not been satisfied. If the student is attempting to register for
a college-prep class that not an enforced course, a lower level
course or a higher-level course (i.e. the course does not exist
on the student test demographic records for any of the areas),
then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the three enforced English,
Math and Reading courses.

Call Lori Collins at 904.632.5112. If the user attempts to register
a student in a credit class, and the payment due date associated
with the current registration date does not exist or is blank,
then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with 'Credit'.
If the user attempts to register a student in
a non-credit class, and the payment due date associated with the
current registration date does not exist or is blank, then this
error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with 'Non-Credit'.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class that
has a writing requirement (has the 'W2' special designator attached
to the class) or a writing option (has the 'W3' special designator
attached to the class) (and the student selects the writing option),
then the registration process determines if the student has completed
all pre-requisites for the writing class. The process checks the
WRITING generic table, to check that the student has completed
each course within the table, with a grade equal to any attached
to the table entry (in the Description field). If the student
has not completed each of these courses, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the course id of the pre-requisite
course that has not been satisfactorily completed. There may be
multiple errors if multiple pre-requisite courses have not been
completed.
If the student is attempting to register for
a college-prep class that is a lower level course than the enforced
courses, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the three enforced English,
Math and Reading courses.

a college-prep class that is a higher-level course than the enforced
courses, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the three enforced English,
Math and Reading courses.
If the user is attempting to register a student in a class, where
the associated course dictionary record has program code restrictions,
then the registration process checks to see if the student has
declared any of the program codes that appear on the course dictionary
record. These appear on the 4th panel of the course dictionary
maintenance function, under the "*Rstrct Pgm Obj" heading.
A check of the declared, active and admitted objectives for the
student is done, to check if any of them coincide with any that
are listed on the course dictionary record. Wildcards are allowed
(i.e. 1*) on the course dictionary record. If the student has
not declared any of the programs that appear on the course dictionary
record, then this error is returned.
The :1: variable is replaced with the course id.
