Insurance Customer Service Representative (5727)

Earn the Registered Customer Service Representative designation by completing this four-day, state-approved program that fulfills the educational requirement for the 4-40 CSR insurance license. If you successfully complete the course and end of course exam, you may exempt the state exam for this license. This credential will also give you an advantage with insurance and financial services company hiring managers. Insurance topics include automobile, property, workers compensation, health, and liability.
