The University Transfer Program — Associate in Arts degree

Whether you want to be a teacher, an accountant, or even a brain surgeon, if it requires a bachelor’s degree, you can start right here at Florida Community College.

Earning your associate in arts degree guarantees you admission into a state university with junior-level standing. In fact, our freshman- and sophomore-level courses are the exact classes you’d take at a state university, except FCCJ tuition is 40 percent less than tuition at the four-year schools.

Enrollment in the university transfer program is simple, and the enrollment process applies to:

• Students planning to transfer to an upper division university or college,
• Students who wish to apply college credit earned at another institution to their degree program at Florida Community College, and
• Students taking college credit course while attending another college (known as “concurrently enrolled students”).
