Mr. Winbush is Chair of the District Board of Trustees for the 2006-07 academic year, as well as a sales manager for IBM. He serves as a Captain in the Naval Reserves at NAS Jacksonville and as President of Kairos International, a company dedicated to encouraging and enabling individuals to reach their maximum potential. He received a B.S. degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. degree from Jacksonville University. In addition to his experience on the College’s Board of Trustees, Mr. Winbush previously served six years as a member of the Florida Community College Foundation. He is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, and has served in numerous community volunteer roles including that of a featured facilitator for Volunteer Jacksonville’s Blueprint for Leadership program. He has served on the Board since 1999, most recently as Vice Chair for Duval County for the 2005-06 academic year.
