Florida Community College to announce details of major military training contract agreements at Nov. 13 press conference

Details: Immediately preceding the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Military Appreciation Luncheon, Florida Community College will announce details of two major military education training contracts awarded to its Open Campus Military Education Institute. The contracts include one which is the largest contract ever awarded to the College. A news release with details is forthcoming, with a delayed release date of November 13. College President Steven Wallace and Open Campus President Carol Spalding will be among those on hand to answer press questions. District Board of Trustees N. Wyman Winbush III and Mr. Kevin Doyle, Northeast Florida Regional representative and aide to Senator Mel Martinez will offer comments.

Registration for the luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m., with the luncheon beginning at noon.
