Florida Community College “Postcards from Jacksonville” exhibit opens June 21

What: Florida Community College
“Postcards from Jacksonville”
Collection of postcards from 1900s era
When: Opens June 21 at 6-8 p.m. Continues through July 19.
Where: Florida Community College North Campus, Art Gallery (Bldg. D, Room 301) 4501 Capper Road
Cost: Free. Refreshments, books and prizes available to registrants.
Details:

The “Postcards from Jacksonville” exhibit will feature enlarged 1900s-era Jacksonville postcards from the collection of Andrew Bachmann. A visual presentation and discussion will be conducted by Bachmann at 7 p.m. He will share his rarest Jacksonville postcards and discuss postcard collecting. Gallery hours are Mon. and Wed. — 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m.; Tues. and Thurs. — 7:30 a.m.-9 p.m.; Fri. — 7 30 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information call North Campus Student Activities at 904.766.6786.
