Florida Community College Foundation to hold Gala October 8
Gala event will benefit Foundation scholarships and celebrate 40th anniversary

To celebrate Florida Community College’s fortieth year, the Florida Community College Foundation will sponsor a gala on October 8, 2005 at 8 p.m. The event, themed “A Night of Stars,” will be held at the College’s Deerwood Center and is open to the public.

Ticket information is pending. Proceeds will benefit Foundation scholarships. The gala, which is planned to become an annual event, is in connection with the College's “Changing Lives, Building Our Community Campaign,” a major gifts campaign for Florida Community College at Jacksonville students.
