Florida Community College Foundation Board of Governors elects 2005-2006 officers
The Florida Community College at Jacksonville Foundation Board of Governors recently elected officers
to serve on the Foundation Board. The newly elected officers are Teala A. Milton, president; Charles "Bucky" Clarkson, first
vice president; James F. Marlier Jr., second vice president; Marsha Myers, secretary; Donald D. Zell, treasurer; N. Wyman
Winbush, II, District Board of Trustees liaison. Emily B. Smith is the immediate past president.
Professionally, Milton
serves as vice president, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, Jacksonville Electric Authority; Clarkson is president of
The Clarkson Company; Marlier is president of GT Leasing; Myers is an associate at Johns and Associates; Zell is an account
executive at Collins Capital Management; Winbush is a sales manager with IBM Corporation; Smith chairs Florida Community
College at Jacksonville's District Board of Trustees.
Other members include Kimberly Barnes, Martha E. Barrett, Betty P.
Cook, Kevin F. Delaney, Jack Diamond, Edward Grenadier, Michael R. Hightower, John Hirabayashi, Michael Munz, Edward A.
