Florida Community College announces winner of faculty technology award

Professor of Biology Lynn Lisenby has been named as the recipient of the Florida Community College “Innovative Faculty Technology Award” for 2003-2004. The award is presented to the professor who displays the most creative uses of technology in support of the learning process. Lisenby teaches at the College’s Downtown Campus.

As recipient of this award, Lisenby will serve as the Florida Community College nominee for the Innovative Excellence in Teaching, Learning and Technology Award at the 15th International Conference on College Teaching and Learning. She will offer a 25-minute presentation (required of nominees for the award from all colleges and universities) concerning her contributions to teaching, learning and technology upon which the award was based.

The 15th International Conference on College Teaching and Learning will be held March 29-April 2 at the Adam’s Mark Hotel in Jacksonville.
