Teaching Tip

Customer Delight

Teaching is like running a business. You have a product to sell — knowledge. Students are your customers. They are paying for your product. To have a successful business, you need to have completely satisfied customers. Enhance the students experience in the classroom, so that they will experience “customer delight.” Pay attention to their needs, respond to their suggestions and complaints. It will have a positive impact on them and yourself. After all, they are the only customers you will ever have.
