2007 Region II Conference

FCCJ hosted the FACC Region II Conference, which was held at the ATC on Sept. 28, 2007. The event was attended by 44 people, from four of the five community colleges in Region II, including North Florida Community College, Lake City Community College, Santa Fe Community College and Florida Community College at Jacksonville.

Marcia Kiner, FACC Chief Operating Officer, welcomes the group to the conference.	Dr. LaDonna Morris, FACC/FCCJ Chapter President and Jackie Davis, FACC Region II Director-Elect welcome everyone to Jacksonville.
FACC members are ready for a day of professional development and networking.	Steve Bowers, FCCJ Vice President of Administrative Services, gives a Legislative Update.
Dr. Julie Giuliani, FCCJ Open Campus Executive Dean of Virtual College, and Dr. Kimberly Hardy, FCCJ Open Campus Dean of Instruction and Student Success give an interactive presentation on the Approaches to Developing and Enhancing the Mentor/Mentee Relationship.	The group enjoys the presentations.
Throughout the day, FACC members win door prizes, which were provided by all participating community colleges.	Boarding the Riverboat Annabelle Lee.
It’s a beautiful day on the St. Johns River.	Learning about the history of Jacksonville while enjoying lunch.
