Employee Advocacy Groups

The greatest asset of Florida Community College is its people. Everyone employed by FCCJ is supported and represented by one of three distinct groups committed to achieving excellence: the Administrative and Professional Collaborative (APC); the Career Employees Council (CEC); and the Faculty Senate. Serving the best interests of its respective members, each employee group has its own mission, structure, objectives and policies. All three organizations promote continuous improvement, professional development, and collaboration in their work, both internally and with others across the College and the community. All support the five college-wide goals and the highest priority of this institution — to help every student succeed in education, employment and in life.
