- How to get rid of stress through utilizing coaching techniques.
They will leave with a specific plan on reducing stress in their lives.
Stress is a personal issue — everyone handles it differently. Each person will identify what stresses them and develop a plan to deal with it. Interactive coaching will take place in the training and the participants will learn from each other. Case studies will be utilized based on real world issues including:
- Dealing with irate customers
- Having to make quick decisions
- Difficult co-workers
- Too much work
