Joanna Scarboro

As a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, Joanna brings a unique perspective to her training. Her ability to “coach” participants, while using a highly interactive training format, helps each student understand how they are going to apply the new information to their job. In addition, Joanna studied and earned the designation of Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst in 2001. Since then, her area of expertise has become effective communication in the workplace. She has worked with thousands of participants and knows the challenges facing them everyday. Through FCCJ, Joanna has trained in a wide variety of area companies — medical, shipbuilding, manufacturing, financial, design/build, call center, luxury auto sales, public transportation, etc. Her knowledge of diverse work environments ensures she is comfortable with any type of business audience. She consistently receives excellent evaluations on her seminars and workshops.
