Policies
All rentals are available for
one-half day use. Any use of the rented area beyond the half-day
will constitute a full day rental. Renters will be charged additional
rental if additional time is used. Additional costs could be incurred.
Each renter is responsible for clean-up and disposal of all goods brought
on to the property. Additional cleaning or damage fees may be
charged.
A 7% Florida Sales Tax will
be computed on all costs unless written proof of being tax exempt is
provided in advance of use. Tiered discounts for civic and not
for profit organizations providing written proof of exemption prior

Each renter must supply proof
of liability insurance (“ACORD” certificate) for a minimum amount of
$1,000,000,00 specifying Florida Community College at Jacksonville,
Florida and its District Board of Trustees are “Additional Insured”.
Certificates must specify date(s) of use and coverage.
Rental
rates for any area do not include the following: Stage labor,
lighting, other than work lights for rehearsal or set-up, the set house
lighting plot for performances in the Main Theater and up to 40 instruments
set in the Studio Theater, sound, props, equipment rental, spotlights
and chair and riser placement (except as noted), orchestra shell set-up,
traffic control, or any other function necessary for audience control.
It also does not include any personnel for creative advisement, box
office, house management, concessions, clean-up or disposal of all goods.
