Ticket Sales
The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts Box Office is located immediately inside the main lobby to the left. Box Office hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday and one hour prior to each event. Methods of payment include cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Call 904.646.2222, Box Office.

Discounts
Discounts for seniors, students and military with ID. FCCJ student rush is available 1/2 hour prior to curtain. These discounts may not be available for all events.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges.

Scheduling Changes
All dates, times and events are subject to change.

Will Call
Will Call is available inside the Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts main lobby, one hour prior to each performance for distribution of prepaid and complimentary tickets.

Capacity
Main Stage (Fixed Seating): 530 including the orchestra pit, 495 not including the orchestra pit. There are two Box Seats in the Main Stage Theatre than can hold up to four people and are available for most performances.

Studio (Flexible Seating): 150 Depends on event and stage configuration.

Theatre Policies

Cameras and Recording Devices
Cameras, video equipment and recording devices are not allowed in the theatre.

Personal Electronic Equipment
Personal electronic equipment should be disconnected or turned down. This equipment may be left with the House Manager along with the customer's name and seat location.

Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Babes in arms
Babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre. Depending on the content of the performance, the theatre management discourages adults from bringing children younger than 5 years.

Disabled Patrons
The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts provides restrooms and seating areas that are wheelchair accessible.

Listening Systems
Listening devices for the hearing impaired are available for each performance and can be checked out with a driver's license through the Box Office.

Food and Beverage
Eating and drinking are only permitted in the main lobby.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts.

Ushers
The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts relies on student and volunteer ushers to aid the House Manager in a variety of duties prior to the start of each performance and during intermissions.

House Manager
"House Manager" is a theatre term for the person in charge of keeping half of the theatre, from the orchestra pit to the lobby area, running smoothly. He or she relies on a team of volunteer ushers to carry out the duties of tearing tickets, distributing playbills, and assisting patrons and is available during all performances.

Parking
Patrons may be dropped off and picked up at the circular drive in front of the Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts main lobby. There is free parking available in the parking lot adjacent to the Center.

South Gallery
The South Gallery is usually open one hour before each performance and during intermission

Concessions
Concessions are usually available for each performance during intermission.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located on each side of the Main Stage Theatre on the main floor and to the right of the balcony near the elevator.

Elevators
An elevator is located at the north end of the main lobby next to the entrance to the Studio Theatre and provides access to the balconies of the Main Stage and Studio Theatres.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found articles should be reported to the House Manager. During the day, call 904.646.2222.

Emergencies
The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts Office can be reached at 904.646.2222 or 904.646.2349. The House Manager is available throughout the performance. If a customer is providing this emergency number to a baby sitter, family member, etc., the customer should also provide their seat location so the House Manager can locate them quickly. Campus Security can be reached by calling 904.633.8200.

Location and Directions

The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts is located at 11901 Beach Boulevard on the South Campus of Florida Community College in Jacksonville, Florida. The main entrance of the college is located at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Central Parkway. The Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts is the first building north of Beach Boulevard, just beyond the stop sign. Patrons may unload at the front door of the main lobby by using the circular drive immediately in front of the Wilson Center. Visitors and buses are welcome to park for free in the lot adjacent to the Center. South Campus Map 

FROM THE NORTH: Travel on Interstate 95 South to State Road 9A, just past the Jacksonville International Airport. Exit to the right; State Road 9A loops around to the left. Follow State Road 9A south past Atlantic Boulevard and beyond the merge into St. John's Bluff Road. Travel south on St. John's Bluff Road to Beach Boulevard (US 90.) Turn left on Beach Boulevard and go to the traffic light and intersection of Beach Boulevard and Central Parkway. Turn left into the Florida Community College at Jacksonville South Campus. After entering the South Campus, continue forward past the stop sign to the one lane road that curves past the main lobby of the Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts.

FROM THE SOUTH: Travel on Interstate 95 North to J. Turner Butler Boulevard (State Road 202.) Turn right and travel east on J. Turner Butler Boulevard towards Jacksonville Beach. Exit at St. John's Bluff Road and turn left onto St. John's Bluff Road and follow it north to Beach Boulevard (US 90.) Turn right onto Beach Boulevard and travel east to the traffic light and intersection of Beach Boulevard and Central Parkway. Turn left into the Florida Community College at Jacksonville South Campus. After entering the South Campus, continue forward past the stop sign to the one lane road that curves past the main lobby of the Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts.

FROM THE EAST: Travel west on Beach Boulevard (US 90) across the Intracoastal Waterway. Continue west on Beach Boulevard past Kernan Boulevard to the traffic light and intersection of Beach Boulevard and Central Parkway. Turn right into the Florida community College at Jacksonville South Campus. After entering the South Campus, continue forward past the stop sign to the one lane road that curves past the main lobby of the Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Arts.

FROM THE WEST: Travel east on Interstate 10 and turn right onto Interstate 95 South. Follow Interstate 95 south to J. Turner Butler Boulevard (State Road 202.) Turn left onto J. Turner Butler Boulevard and travel east to St. John's Bluff Road. Turn left and follow St. John's Bluff Road north to Beach Boulevard (US 90.) Turn right onto Beach Boulevard and travel east to the traffic light and intersection of Beach Boulevard and Central Parkway. Turn left into the Florida Community College at Jacksonville South Campus.
