Department

The office of the associate vice president of liberal arts provides Collegewide leadership in the area of liberal arts and sciences. Guidance on program and faculty development and evaluation is a priority. With the cooperation with campus leaders, a one-college concept in the arts and sciences disciplines will be promoted. The Collegewide initiatives for this area focus on articulation programs, the Freshman Year Experience, dual enrollment, the Honors Program, and developing new instructional programs.
