The Donald T. Martin Center for College Services is adjacent to Downtown Campus. Florida Community College chose to build in this area to lend its support to Jacksonville’s downtown redevelopment. The building opened in March 1982 and was designed so that areas generating the greatest traffic flow are easily assessible to the public. For this reason, student services offices such as enrollment services, admissions and financial aid/scholarships, occupy the first floor. Also housed in the four-story building are the areas listed below.
