Contract Administration

Contract Administration processes contracts for review and approval, other than grants and procurements. On this page and on the links to the left you will find instructions and forms to be used in complying with the College’s policies and procedures for review and approval of contracts.

Contracts must have all administrative and legal reviews completed and be signed by all parties prior to commencement of any actions by the parties as stipulated in the contract. Amendments, changes, extensions, or renewals must be processed in the same manner as the original contract.
