Office of the Bursar

The bursar is responsible for collecting/processing funds related to financial transactions for students and staff. At Florida Community College, the bursar’s office performs the following functions:

  • Accounts receivable and collections
  • Cash receipts and recording of revenue
  • Disbursement of financial aid
  • Book and other student loans
  • Student refunds
  • Student direct deposit authorization
  • Retiree insurance
