New Flex Benefits Card

If you signed up for the Flexible Spending Account for 2008, you will receive a new Medcom Flex Benefits Card by January 1, 2008. The new card will be a Metavante MasterCard and will be mailed to you in a plain white envelope with no return address in late December. Please be on alert. As of January 1st, please destroy your SmartFlex Visa Card as it will no longer be valid.

A welcome letter will also be mailed to you. It will advise you of your new card and give you instructions on how to create your account online. The new Web site to access your account for 2008 is www.mbicard.com. The login information will not be the same as it is currently. When you go to the site, you will have to create your own account and specify your user name and password by populating a few security questions.

You may also visit the Flex Plan Resource Library to access forms such as the FLEX plan reimbursement request, FLEX second card for spouse request form and the FLEX recurring expense claim form.
