Internship Program Faculty

The internship faculty provides the academic component of the internship experience. The internship faculty:

• advises the intern on internship opportunities,
• assists the intern in setting up the internship experience,
• receives and discusses the internship requirement checklist and timeline with the intern,
• instructs the intern’s supervisor as to the use of the appraisal of student performance form and the student’s progress evaluations,
• is available to mentor and advise the intern concerning the student's performance, progress and concerns, and
• submits the course grade for the intern.
