Availability/willingness:  Actively checks with students to see if they need help. Willingly assists students or staff as needed.          
Tutoring Skills:  Displays good listening and comprehension skills, motivates the students and explains the material.

Area Maintenance:  Maintains an organized area to aid in the student learning process.
